Provi-soir

Owned by Alimentation Couche-Tard, the Provi-soir banner targets independent retailers who seek the benefits of a convenience store franchise offered by an industry leader with multiple resources.

In 1997, Couche-Tard acquired 245 Provi-soir stores in Quebec, all of which were then converted to the Couche-Tard banner. It is only recently, a few years ago, that Couche-Tard decided to relaunch its Provi-soir brand in order to add a segment of franchised retailers to its network.
