The “Dépanneur” banner is a corporate convenience store brand affiliated with the Petro-Canada gas brand and operated by Cadeko Petroleum, a group formed 50-50 by F. Dufresne Ltée and Suncor Energy.
Indeed, F. Dufresne concluded a partnership with Petro-Canada back in 1995 to manage close to 40 service stations in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Gaspésie and Côte-Nord regions of Quebec.
These Petro-Canada gas stations are now all operated and supplied centrally by F. Dufresne on behalf of Cadeko Petroleum.
