The Sergaz<\/strong> brand originates from a former Canadian oil group created in 1971.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During the 70s and 80s, Sergaz<\/strong>\u00a0has developed an important network of franchisees throughout Quebec.<\/span> In fiscal year 1984, Sergaz<\/strong>\u00a0realized sales of $ 110 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

The banner was sold to\u00a0Ultramar<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in 1994 and was then gradually integrated into its\u00a0existing network. <\/span><\/p>\n

There are still a few surviving Sergaz<\/strong> stations, like one in Frelighsburg, Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to some sources, a banner revival has been seriously considered recently. But since the sale of CST<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to Couche-Tard<\/strong><\/a> and Parkland<\/strong><\/a>, this\u00a0idea has probably been abandoned.<\/span><\/p>\n
