The Ici D\u00e9panneur<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0banner was launched by Paquet & fils<\/a><\/strong>, a distributor of petroleum products and equipment for the greater Quebec region and owner of the Paquet<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>gasoline brand.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the 1980s, the company launched a network of about 40 service stations with its own OLCO<\/strong> brand gasoline. <\/span>In 2012, it repatriated the management of its network and its entire operation under the new banner Paquet<\/a><\/strong>. <\/span>In addition, in 2011, the company launched a network of convenience stores under the Ici<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>brand.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Paquet & fils<\/a><\/strong>, “customer service is a critical part of our success<\/em>.” Each contact with customers represents an opportunity for them to better meet their needs and involves the development of systems to maximize\u00a0<\/span>customer satisfaction as this is actually their main priority.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company has a well-integrated niche of service stations and convenience stores in the Quebec City, Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches and Bas-Saint-Laurent regions.<\/span><\/p>\n
