Both banners\u00a0believe flexibility is key to better\u00a0<\/span>meet every retailer’s needs. <\/span>In some stores, the offering will include bakery, delicatessen items, pastries, prepared meals, fruit and vegetables and frozen products. <\/span>With GEM<\/strong><\/a>, there are nearly 430 in Quebec according to Metro<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Membership in one of the two banners is essentially based on a supply agreement so that the retailer remains totally independent in merchandising, marketing, operations and others. <\/span>And like those who post the GEM<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>banner, March\u00e9 Extra!<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0March\u00e9 Ami<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0are mostly supplied by the Metro<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>warehouse in St-Jean-Port-Joli, which strengthens their presence in neighboring regions such as Bas-St-Laurent, Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches and the Capitale-Nationale.<\/span><\/p>\n
