Launched in 1995 by Ultramar<\/strong><\/a>, the c-store network enjoys excellent locations and exclusive products such as the (excellent) Transit<\/strong> coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00e9panneur du Coin<\/a><\/strong> is indeed the second largest corporate convenience store network in Quebec, right behind Couche-Tard<\/strong>.<\/span> While it\u00a0has been managed for several years by CST Brands<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(a former division of Valero Energy<\/strong><\/a>), it has\u00a0just been sold to Parkland Fuel Corporation<\/strong><\/a> through a transaction with\u00a0Couche-Tard<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to be approved by regulatory authorities by the end of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n
